Privacy notice
Last updated 21 October 2026
In short: this website sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and loads nothing from third parties. We count visits with our own cookie-free statistics, which cannot identify you. The only personal data we keep is what you send with the demo request form, which includes technical details such as your IP address, and we use it only to reply to you and to protect the site.
Who we are
This website is operated by Marduk. For anything about your data, write to privacy@marduk.global or use the form at the end of this page.
Browsing the site
- No cookies and no cross-site tracking. We do not use advertising or social media scripts, and nothing follows you to other websites.
- Language. On your first visit we look up the country of your IP address in a database held on our own server, only to show the site in English, Spanish or Portuguese. The address is not logged, stored or shared. IP geolocation by DB-IP.
- Your language choice. If you pick a language, it is saved in your browser's local storage so the site opens in that language next time. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
- Visit statistics. To learn which pages and campaigns work, we count visits with Umami, a statistics tool that runs on our own server. It sets no cookies and stores no IP address. It records the page viewed, the website or campaign link that brought you here, your browser, device type, screen size, language and approximate location (country, region and city), and whether you switched language or sent a demo request. Visits are grouped under a code that changes every month, so you cannot be identified or followed over time.
- No third-party requests. Fonts, images and scripts are all served from our own servers.
- No IP addresses in our logs. Our web server records only the page requested, the time and the response status, for operating and securing the service.
Requesting a demo
When you submit the demo request form we receive your name, work email, company, and, if you choose to add them, your role and a description of what you would like to build.
- Why: to reply to your request and arrange the demo you asked for. Our basis is your consent, given with the tick box on the form.
- Where it goes: the request is stored on infrastructure we operate and forwarded by email to our team mailbox, which is hosted on Microsoft 365. Microsoft processes that email on our behalf.
- How you found us: with your request we also record the campaign link or website that brought you to the site and the page you first landed on, so we know which campaigns lead to conversations.
- Technical details: with your request we record your IP address, the country it points to, your browser's language and time zone, and your browser, operating system and device type. We use them to prepare our reply, for example to suggest demo times in your time zone, and to detect spam and abuse. Our basis is our legitimate interest in answering you well and protecting the site. They are stored with your request, included in the email to our team, and deleted with it.
- What we do not do: we do not sell or share your details, add you to marketing lists, or send anything to the address you typed other than our personal reply.
- Abuse protection: to limit spam, your IP address is also held in memory for up to one hour to count requests.
- How long: we keep your request while we are in contact about it, and delete it when you ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent. Write to privacy@marduk.global or use the form below, and we will act on it, normally within one month. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
